பத்தனம்திட்டா: சபரிமலையில் பக்தர்கள் அதிக அளவில் திரளத் தொடங்கியுள்ள நிலையில், திருவிதாங்கூர் தேவசம்போர்டு புதிய கட்டுப்பாடுகளை அமல்படுத்தியுள்ளது. பம்பாவிற்கு வரும் பக்தர்களுக்கான தினசரி ஸ்பாட் முன்பதிவு எண்ணிக்கை 5,000 ஆக குறைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. திங்கள்கிழமை வரை இந்த கட்டுப்பாடு நடைமுறையில் இருக்கும்.

ஸ்பாட் புக்கிங்கிற்காக பம்பாவில் ஒரு கவுண்டரும், நிலக்கல்லில் ஏழு கவுண்டர்களும் செயல்படும். 5,000 பேரைத் தாண்டி யாருக்கும் ஸ்பாட் புக்கிங் வழங்கப்படமாட்டாது. கூட்டநிலைமைக்கு ஏற்ப பின்னர் ஸ்பாட் புக்கிங் 5,000 லிருந்து 10,000 ஆக உயரும் வாய்ப்பும் உள்ளது.

காட்டுப் பாதை வழியாக செல்லும் பக்தர்களுக்கும் தினசரி 5,000 என்ற வரம்பு விதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. முதலில் வரும் 5,000 பேருக்கு வனத்துறை பாஸ் வழங்கும் என்று தேவசம்போர்டு தெரிவித்துள்ளது. 

தற்போதைய நிலவரப்படி, மெய்நிகர் வரிசை முன்பதிவின் மூலம் தினமும் 70,000 பேர் வருகை தர அனுமதி வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. ஒரு மாதத்திற்கான விர்ச்சுவல் க்யூ ஸ்லாட்டுகள் முழுவதும் நிறைந்துள்ளன.

சன்னிதானத்தில் அதிக கூட்டம் இருப்பதை கருத்தில் கொண்டு, தினசரி மொத்த தரிசன முன்பதிவை 20,000 ஆகக் குறைக்கும் முடிவு தேவசம்போர்டால் நேற்று எடுக்கப்பட்டது. அதிகமான பக்தர்கள் வரும்பட்சத்தில், அவர்கள் மறுநாள் தரிசனம் செய்ய ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டது. இதற்காக நிலக்கல்லில் தங்குமிடங்கள் மற்றும் கூடுதல் வரிசை வளாகங்கள் செயல்பாட்டில் கொண்டு வரப்பட்டனர்.

இதற்கிடையில் உயர்நீதிமன்றம் எழுப்பிய கேள்வியானது  இரண்டாம் நாளில் கூட்டம் ஏன் கட்டுப்பாடில்லாமல் இருந்தது என்றும் ஸ்பாட் புக்கிங் மற்றும் மெய்நிகர் வரிசை முன்பதிவு ஆகியவற்றை கண்டிப்புடன் செயல்படுத்த படவேண்டும் என்றும் உத்தரவிட்டது. இதனால் ஸ்பாட் புக்கிங் 5,000 பேராக  குறைக்கப்பட்டது. 

நேற்று, ஸ்பாட் புக்கிங் மூலம் 20,000 பேர் வரை மலை ஏறினார்கள். மெய்நிகர் முன்பதிவில் இனி தாமதங்கள் இருக்கக்கூடாது என்று நீதிமன்றம் உத்தரவிட்டது. திட்டமிடப்பட்ட நேரத்திற்கு 18 மணி நேரத்திற்கு முன்னும் பின்னும் 6 மணி நேரம் மட்டுமே அனுமதி வழங்கப்படும். இந்த காலக்கெடுவைத் தாண்டி மெய்நிகர் வரிசை முன்பதிவும் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படாது. 

கட்டுப்பாடற்ற கூட்டத்திற்கு காரணம் மெய்நிகர் வரிசை டிக்கெட்டுகள் உள்ள அனைத்து பக்தர்களுக்கும் அனுமதி வழங்கப்படுவதாகும். இனி ஒரு நாளில் 75,000 பேர் மட்டுமே மலை ஏற அனுமதிக்கப்படுவார்கள் என்றும்.  18வது படியில் அனுபவம் வாய்ந்த போலீசார் நிறுத்தப்பட வேண்டும் என்றும், மத்திய படைகளை வரவழைக்க கலெக்டர் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும் என்றும் நீதிமன்றம் உத்தரவிட்டது.

கழிப்பறை வசதிகளை மேம்படுத்த திருவிதாங்கூர் தேவசம் போர்டுக்கு நீதிமன்றம் உத்தரவிட்டது. சபரிபிடம் முதல் சரங்குத்தி வரை இருக்கும் வரிசை வளாகங்களில் ஓய்வெடுக்கும் பக்தர்கள் தங்களின் வரிசை முன்னுரிமையை இழக்க மாட்டார்கள் என்றும் . குடிநீர், சிற்றுண்டி, காபி உள்ளிட்ட வசதிகள் எல்லா வளாகங்களிலும் கிடைக்கும் வகையில் கூடுதல் பணியாளர்கள் நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர் என்றும் கூறினார்.

பம்பாவுக்கு வந்த பின்னர் பக்தர்கள் தரிசனம் முடித்து குறிப்பிட்ட நேரத்துக்குள் மீண்டும் திரும்பிவர முடியும். இதற்கான பம்பா–நிலக்கல் அணுகல் வசதிகள் ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளன. வரிசையில் நிற்கும் போது குடிநீர் கிடைப்பதில் சிரமம் ஏற்படுமானால் உடனடியாக வழங்கப்படும் என்றும் வாரியம் தெரிவித்துள்ளது.

இதுவரை, மண்டல–மகரவிளக்கு கால திறப்பு முதல் செவ்வாய்க்கிழமை மதியம் 12 மணி வரை மொத்தம் 1,96,594 பக்தர்கள் சபரிமலையில் தரிசனம் செய்துள்ளனர்.

ஞாயிற்றுக்கிழமை மாலை 5 மணி முதல்: 53,278 பேர்

விருச்சிக மாத முதல் நாள் திங்கட்கிழமை: 98,915 பேர்

செவ்வாய்க்கிழமை மதியம் 12 மணி வரை: 44,401 பேர்

இந்த மொத்த எண்ணிக்கையில் மெய்நிகர் வரிசையும், ஸ்பாட் புக்கிங்கும் ஆகிய இரண்டும் சேர்க்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.

Spot Booking at Sabarimala Limited to 5,000 Devotees; Restrictions on Forest Routes Too – High Court Directive

Pathanamthitta: With the rising influx of devotees at Sabarimala, the Travancore Devaswom Board has implemented new restrictions. The daily spot booking for pilgrims arriving at Pamba has been reduced to 5,000. These restrictions will remain in force until Monday.

One spot-booking counter will function at Pamba and seven counters at Nilakkal. No spot bookings will be issued once the limit of 5,000 is reached. Depending on the crowd situation, the spot booking cap may later be increased from 5,000 to 10,000.

A daily limit of 5,000 devotees has also been imposed for those using the forest trekking route. The Forest Department will issue passes to the first 5,000 arrivals. Currently, up to 70,000 devotees are allowed daily through the virtual queue system, and all slots for the month have already been booked.

Meanwhile, the High Court questioned why the crowd was uncontrolled on the second day and directed that spot booking and virtual queue reservations must be strictly enforced.

Spot booking has now been reduced to 5,000 pilgrims. Yesterday, nearly 20,000 devotees climbed the hill through spot booking alone. The court ordered that there should be no further delays in virtual queue reservations. Devotees will be allowed entry only within a window of 18 hours before the scheduled time and 6 hours after it. Virtual queue bookings will not be accepted beyond this time frame.

The uncontrolled crowd was reportedly due to allowing entry to all devotees holding virtual queue tickets. Now, only 75,000 people per day will be permitted to climb the hill. The court also instructed that experienced police personnel must be deployed at the 18th step, and the district collector should initiate steps to bring in central forces.

The High Court further directed the Travancore Devaswom Board to upgrade toilet and sanitation facilities. These orders were issued after the court raised concerns about poor coordination and questioned how such lapses were allowed despite the risk of a potential disaster.

Considering the heavy crowd at Sannidhanam, the Devaswom Board has decided to restrict the total daily darshan bookings to 20,000. Additional devotees arriving will be permitted darshan the following day. For this purpose, accommodation facilities and more queue complexes have been arranged at Nilakkal.

Devotees resting at the queue complexes will not lose their position in the queue. Facilities including drinking water, snacks, and coffee have been arranged at all complexes, with additional staff deployed for service.

After reaching Pamba and completing darshan, devotees can return within the allotted time. Transport arrangements from Nilakkal to Pamba have also been strengthened. The Board has assured that drinking water will be provided immediately if devotees face any difficulty while waiting in the queue.

Since the temple opened for the Mandala–Makaravilakku season, a total of 1,96,594 devotees have visited Sabarimala till Tuesday noon.

• From Sunday 5 p.m.: 53,278 devotees

• On Monday, the first day of the Vrischikam month: 98,915 devotees

• Till Tuesday 12 p.m.: 44,401 devotees

This total includes both virtual queue bookings and spot bookings.
